PARIS L’ÉTÉ: DAY 1

I love how I hadn’t visited Paris since 2006, but since I went back in 2019 I can’t stop!

So I am back! I had such a lovely time when I came to visit in March that I decided to come back during the summer! My friend and I got an early- morning train, not only because they were cheap, but also because we would arrive around 12, which meant we had a whole afternoon to wander around! However, this had been shortened by a small problem with the key of the apartment that had slipped and got stuck between the door and the door step… But no worries! Lucie always saves the day! Thank goodness I had a pair of tweezers! After this horrible experience, my friend and I still went to see the Palais Garnier with its majestic painted ceilings full of chandeliers and its staff walking down corridors dressed like in the 19th century. After that we also went to admire the view at Galeries Lafayette and I managed to spend 50 euros on one ring, in one day. Are you impressed?

The outfit I was wearing was some green Adidas joggers, a black top and my favorite Nike Air Max trainers, together with my favourite pearl bag from Zara.
