AN EVENING WITH VIVIENNE WESTWOOD HEAD DESIGNER

A room full of edgy people who have not only come for the free Prosecco and tapas but also to spend the evening with a Vivienne Westwood Head Designer.

Thanks to my University, I had the opportunity to understand Vivienne Westwood’s newest collection. Looks from the Spring/Summer 2019 show were presented on models and explained in detail. It was interesting to understand what was hidden behind such a strong-minded brand. Their goal to be sustainable, create unisex collections and the comeback of archive prints. Afterwards, I had the chance to have a private talk with the Head Designer and ask many questions, it was nice to also hear the inside stories of the Vivienne Westwood team.

But how to dress for this event? Well, I wanted to stay fashionable and classy and what better colour to do so? Black! I wore a straight black dress over a pearl turtle neck, both from Zara, with a leather jacket from Black Lines, a bag from Aldo, some Nike AirMax and golden jewellery from Primark and Anthropology.
